About the Author

Eszylfie Taylor is a Million Dollar Round Table Top of the Table producer (top 1% worldwide). During his stellar 13 year career at New York Life, Mr. Taylor finished as the top producing agent/advisor in the history of the African American market, and was one of the top 25 advisors at New York Life in 2012.

In 2013, he started his own brokerage, Taylor Insurance and Financial Services. In 2015, he won NAIFA's Top 4 Under 40 award and launched The Taylor Method, his personal training series for financial advisors and agents. In the process of developing The Taylor Method, Mr. Taylor has coached thousands of advisors and helped many create breakthrough production. The Taylor Method serves as an avenue to share content he wishes he had as an advisor starting out in this business. all of his successes and failures throughout his 21+ year career as a financial advisor. It allows him to focus on content he wishes he had when he was starting out. His passion for mentoring and drive to succeed allows him to continually produce fresh, new content for his sales training system.

In addition to giving back to the advisors, Eszylfie Taylor also has his own nonprofit organization, Future Stars, and sits on the board of several other charitable organizations. Being a financial advisor has allowed Eszylfie to create enormous opportunities as an entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist.
